1. Use of Advo

Advo is a practice workspace for advocates and legal professionals. You agree to use it only for lawful professional work and not for misuse, scraping abuse, unauthorised access, harassment, or activity that disrupts court portals or other services.

02

2. Court and public records

Court information shown in Advo may come from public court systems or user-provided records. You must verify important dates, orders, listings, and case details from the official court source before relying on them. Advo does not replace official court records.

03

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Device and session limits may apply based on your plan. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account, subscription, or security controls.

04

4. Client and document data

You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to upload, process, store, view, or share any client, case, or document data. Do not upload material that you are not permitted to handle.

05

5. Digital signing and document tools

Where document or signing tools are available, you remain responsible for reviewing documents before signing or sharing them. Advo may assist the workflow, but it does not decide whether a document is legally fit for filing, execution, or use.

06

6. Subscriptions and limits

Plan limits, search allowances, matter limits, device caps, and feature availability may vary by subscription. Free access is time-limited as shown in the product. Paid features may require successful payment and account activation.

07

7. Availability

Advo depends on external court portals and infrastructure that may be unavailable, slow, blocked, or changed without notice. We may pause or limit features to protect reliability, security, and responsible access.

08

8. No legal advice by software

Advo is software for organising and retrieving legal-practice information. It does not provide legal advice, create an advocate-client relationship, or replace professional judgment.

09

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
